Terracotta Warriors from China visiting Bucharest

This summer, the National History Museum of Romania in Bucharest hosted the exhibition Treasures of China. It is the largest exhibition organized by China in a museum in Romania, artefacts from 11 museums and cultural institutions in the PRC.

The most impressive exhibits are four parts terracotta warriors and horse size terracotta. They come from the archaeological site near Xi’an, China, where they were discovered several decades ago, buried among other 8000 similar pieces.
